Cydney A. Miles
Cydney A. Miles is a dedicated law clerk and future attorney with a strong foundation in both historical analysis and practical experience, providing legal support to her senior supervising attorneys. She is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University,
Pomona (Class of 2020), where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in General History, and is a graduate of the UCLA Extension Paralegal Training Program (Class of 2023). Building on this academic foundation, she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at the Drivon School of Law at Humphreys University in Stockton, California, with an expected graduation in June 2026.

Ms. Miles began her legal career at the Law Office of Miles & Hatcher, LLP, where she completed a two-year internship before being promoted to a full-time Law Clerk in 2024. In this capacity, she has worked extensively on probate and estate administration matters, assisting in the preparation of petitions and other court filings, while also managing a wide range of administrative-support responsibilities.
While pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Miles continues to gain hands-on experience as a Law Clerk. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable support on a variety of probate matters. In her role, she assists with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting, demonstrating a consistent ability to stay organized and handle complex tasks efficiently. Her growing experience in probate work, combined with her ongoing legal education, reflects her commitment to developing a well-rounded understanding of the law and her future providing thoughtful, informed support within the legal field.
Outside of work and school, Cydney enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her dog, and traveling—especially to museums and historical landmarks. She’s an avid reader and history enthusiast who also loves winding down with a good movie, catching up on her favorite shows, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
